The message seen when user types/sends something which doesn't match can't be changed as it's generic to all our bots. We won't be able to specifically change this text message in a bot.

You can create a new episode and use Re-engagement feature in the Start Node and set specific date/time or trigger after X min/hours to show user's who are playing your bot.
