I tried accessing the Reports section but it always says 'Data will appear when people start using the bot'.

But there are already users using my bot. How do I access the reports?

The Reports section can be found next to the "Update" button below the Bot Cover image.

It still wont work, does it work in real time or it needs time to be calculated?

No, it doesn't work real time. It gets updated in some time. Check later and let me know if you see the reports data.

Is it posible to buy your PRO version of it is available?

It looks like the bot https://www.onsequel.com/channels/14030/episodes/24055/trees/24048 has been unpublished. The other bot was published on 16th January. The reports for this bot will get updated in 24 hours time.

Yes, I unpublished the first bot to publish the new one, I have every day the different one, do you have some PRO?

The Reports is totally free. Once you have a bot published and have user's playing the bot, data get's populated and are shown in metrics form under "Reports" at onsequel.com.

Any update on this? I am still waiting for the reports.


It would be very useful that reports could be downloaded or sent to the owner account of Telegram, Facebook, etc. in a txt file, not being oblied to open the Reports in www.onsequel.com. This way would let us import to an xls file in order to work with it.

In the Reports section at onsequel.com, you can download each section as csv. Will this be helpful? The option to download and send to owner of account is not available.

Csv is fine but I think that for collecting info is not very useful having to sign in, is it?
