Hey there,
There isn't any limit on the number of users for re-engagement message. If there are more users (around 6K in this case), there might be a small delay in sending the re-engagement message across all these user's at once. Basically, a task is scheduled and the re-engagement message is sent in set of batches to all user's.
So, when you start a group chat and type @murdermysterybot, what happens? Do you see any message? Please do send me a screenshot of what you see in this chat.
