You can add a User Choice button as "Feedback" followed by a node which will say "For any questions or feedback, please do email me at xxx@yyy.com". This way, user's can send an email to you.

Could you please provide me with the FB Page ID which is grayed out? This FB Page ID can be found in the About section of the FB Page.

I did check the bot @user432bot in Telegram. The feedback looks to be a user choice button. What exactly do you need the feedback button perform?

Yes, it is possible. The question can be retrieved from user's via input node which should be followed by variable node to choose the path of answers depending on what a user has answered to a question.
