I did check the bot @user432bot in Telegram. The feedback looks to be a user choice button. What exactly do you need the feedback button perform?
To be able to meet the users to their questions to me
You can add a User Choice button as "Feedback" followed by a node which will say "For any questions or feedback, please do email me at xxx@yyy.com". This way, user's can send an email to you.
Can directly through the bot?
I'm afraid not possible in the bot.
