We'll look into the issue related to Twilio bot.
If a bot is published and if there is any issue playing the bot, we suggest to not unpublish instead email us to debug the issue and fix it.
Issue has been fixed now. If anyone still has issues with FB bot not responding, please email me at help@onsequel.com.

We've debugged the issue and fixed it. I've unlinked your FB page from the bot. You will now need to re-publish the bot again. The bot will not stop responding now.
