Yes, there is an option to start an episode at a specific Date and Time (not just time). You can also create a variable for e.g. Start = True and if set it in Episode 1. In Episode 2, call this variable to check if Start = True (means user has completed Episode 1) to play Episode 2.

After you delete the conversation, the bot will start over from the point where you had left off earlier. If you'd like to restart, user's need to type /restart in the chat.

If you're bot is already Live and want to send a message to all users, there is one way. You can use the Re-engagement node type feature to send messages to all user's on a specific date/time.

I'm afraid it isn't possible to view the phone numbers of user's. However, you can use input node feature to get phone numbers from user's.
