Bot not working on Twiio

Today i made a bot on Twiio and tried texting it through TextNow with Hello and i waited exactly 5 minutes and no reply came so i went on mircosofts page and went to the link that i was suppose to put there and it returned a 500 error so my guess is it's either broken or something is wrong
