After deleting a conversation as user, I want to restart the bot from start for the user

Hi Guys

Hope you are well. I wanted to see anyone can tell me how I can restart a conversation with a bot that I have published. I deleted the conversation and now the bot is not starting.


Am I being an idiot?

Hi Dominic,


After you delete the conversation, the bot will start over from the point where you had left off earlier. If you'd like to restart, user's need to type /restart in the chat.

If you delete a conversation, the bot will not start from the beginning. If you need to start over, type /restart in the chat. Let me know if you are still facing issue.
