I created a re-engagement node to remind users to come back to the bot. That works fine.

My question is this: If a user receives reminder messages, how can I bring them back to where they left the journey before they received the re-engagement message?

Let me follow up with another quick question: Is there any way to change the automatic response that's sent when a user sends/types something when they are not supposed to type but choose from the options given.

The 'choose response' text is still shown sometimes. I don't understand why, can you elaborate please?

I think the 'Choose response' message is quite unnecessary so it's good to get rid of it. Everything else about Sequel, though, I find really useful so keep up the good work!

Hey Sam,

you need to type in /restart to be able to start at the beginning again. No help (and no need) to delete the conversation.
