Even when a customer clicks on "stop bot" it agrees to stop. But as soon as they message again, it kicks back in with: 


Hello! Nice to hear from you. Tap "Restart Bot" to start the bot.

When the customer taps on "Stop bot", we want it to completely stop sending messages. How do we stop it? 


The  message itself is not the problem. How can I stop the bot from reacting when I pick the conversation up myself with the customer?
