I discovered the mistake I was complaining about. When I press "start" in the Portuguese language, the chat does not start, however, if I type "start", in English it works normally.

I delete the conversation history from my facebook, to start a conversation with the bot, as if I had not talked before, to test the modifications I'm doing. I do not type anything.

I finished programming my bot, but when I go to test the page, I click start and it does not start. After talking to a user, my bot does not work again with the same user. Even though I have selected to return to the user.

First of all, thank you very much for your help! Actually what is going on is that when I first start a chat with the bot it works well, but after I delete all the talk and try restart the chat again the bot doesn't start.

I alredy tried many options setting the episode as "returning user" and as "default", but it still not working. Could you please help me to solve this problem? Is it a bug? or is it a simple configuration issue?

Hello, I continue with the same problem. When I test the onsequel, it works, however after giving the update appears the "start" button and after that nothing else. The bot does not show.
