How to make an option that the costumer can talk to human instead of BOT all the time.

I have a problem similar to yours....
If I purpose a multiple choice, if a user writes something, the but shouldn't crash but run a sort of routine in which I save what he wrote and go on....

I'm afraid we do not have the functionality in our platform where a person can respond to user's.

Hi, so, if i want the bot answer in my FB page, how can the user send a normal msg to the FB team?
There a way to tell the bot "stop the convertion and let the Page admin see the msg"?

User can chat with the bot on FB by clicking on the message option. For stop the conversation, you can use the Menu option to do so. Let me know if you need help with this.
