Random music select bot , help please

Hello everyone , first time trying to make a bot.. i am using DialogFlow, and what i want to do, is to give users a random song, from a given playlist, when they text to the bot.

Example :

user says : reggae

and bot selects a random link from a text file.

now i am able to make a simple talking bot, but i dont know to make the bot give the user a random link from a file, should this be done trough csv and json scripts?
