Personal Assistant bot - Is it possible to have Scheduling and reminder feature ?

Hi, I would like to integrate some feature for my bot to become personal assistant or reminder for the user. 

Something like "Letz" app on Android here

How Can I do that in "on sequel"

is it possible for user to type something like:

Wake me up at 6am tomorrow, the the bot will send a message at 6am tomorrow 

like "Hey there, it's wake up time"
