Integration with custom UI

I am looking to build my product with a custom UI and backend server. I don't need FB Messenger, Slack, etc. as an interface to Sequel. Is this possible to do? I see the API Nodes can post data to my server however I don't see any way for Sequel to obtain responses from my users through a custom UI.

I'm sorry, the bot you create at Sequel can be integrated with the platforms like FB, Kik, Telegram, Slack, Skype only.
