Could you please try again and let me know if the issue still persists? If so, please point me to your bot link at onsequel.com and also the Page ID of your FB page which you are trying to link?

proplem solved when i changed the page name to english.
but it would be greate if you fixed the problem to arabic pages.

I also have the same problem. I have a letter "č" in the page name. Unfortunately, I'm not able to change the page name, so my only choice is not to use the chat bot I made. I hope you will fix this.
