Skype for Business?

So I know that one of the platforms is Skype, but does that include Skype for Business? My company is looking to make our end-user support model more efficient and I've been able to build a bot that will answer the majority of end-user questions that we get. However, almost all of our communication with end-users is done over Skype for Business.
