Hi! I have published my bot on FB but it doesn't work when I try it? Also, the time delay that I have set up will show up as "Bot is busy" on customer's side? How do you remove that?

I think the problem is that I left my bot conversation unfinished but I want that if that happens and you go out of the conversation, it starts over.... I deleted the chat, and pressed GET STARTED but nothing happens... And when I try it with another user, it does work for the first time.

Could you type /restart and let me know if the bot responds?
