Bot not working on Facebook Messenger. Works in messenger preview

We are having issues with our bot https://www.onsequel.com/channels/19190/episodes/32748/trees/32739

After deploying to messenger it works for a while and becomes unresponsive. Only after unpublishing, duplicating, removing the facebook page, republishing bot to a new facebook page. Does it work as expected.
