link to email address

Hi,


I wish to create a button that will open default email client (such as gmail for example). However, when I try to create a web link and enter 'mailto:my.email@mydomain.com?subject=whatever' I get an error message "Enter a Valid URL".

What do I need to do?

Thanks for the quick response. I'm attempting to create the email button in https://www.onsequel.com/channels/11834/episodes/20718/trees/20711 in the third carousel choice as a web link button.

Hi Zach,


I'm sorry, only Web URL's are supported here (for e.g. https://.....). You can't add any email link in the Web Link section. I've added your request in our list and hope to have this implemented in future.

Got it. I just noticed you implemented a workaround by implementing redirect. Hope you can add that to the platform.
