Error: Can only Copy/Paste 11 characters into User Decision.

The field now accepts 19 characters, but it truncates a copy/pasted string at 11.

I hate this bug too! It only happens in a User Choice, but it's annoying. It has been reported. Hopefully fixed soonest.

Any update on this? The truncating in a User Choice (in Messenger) is limiting and unpredictable.

This just seems to be bug please understand that there are bugs in every software. I'm sure they'll fix as soon as possible.

This is not a bug. If you have more than 11 characters in user decision button, they will get truncated in FB messenger. It's a limitation from Facebook. However, we can show the user decision differently with more than 11 characters in user decision button. Could you please check out "Storiesonsequel" bot on FB messenger to see how >11 characters in user decisions are shown?
