Error: Cannot create bot. Please try again later

So i'm trying to create a Taylor Swift bot for people who feel like they want to meet her but whenever i click publish and go through the publish process it says "Cannot create bot please try again later" what am i doing wrong?

It looks like you were able to publish your bot on FB Messenger.

im having the same problem but with a kik bot i made iyt but when i press preview (its not published yet but its stil private and i should be able to see it) it gives me the scan code then when i scan it it pops un in my phone saying subscriber limit reached i dont even know what that is i just jumped in and started making a bot
