How can Followers subscribe to future chapters?

Hi

I'n think of a two-pronged chatbot approach for a Facebook page: Having one automated bot to help people find information on a collection of websites (starting from scratch on each new visit) and a way for followers to subscribe to (probably daily) future chapters containing news updates.

Can anyone give me any advice?
