bot is busy

Hello folks!

1) I was checking out the time lapse between two nodes. After putting two hours. I got the message." Bot is busy . Please try after 2 hours"

2) I reverted to a 2 second lapse between two nodes.

3) I updated the changes.

4) When I enter"/restart" on FB messenger, I get a message" Bot is busy , please try after 1 hour"

5) Kik and Telegram bots work fine after entering "/restart"

Please help to get my FB bot running again!

In FB, you will not be able to restart if you are in a delay state and made changes to this delay time as well.

any solution to this? unpubish?
